This Site describes Probatus Labs, an independent product and research company, and its current research into pricing and margin leakage in B2B distribution. The Distributor Margin Audit described on this Site is a validation-stage offering; any engagement is governed by a separate agreement entered into directly with you, not by these Terms.

They are constructed to demonstrate the shape of an audit deliverable and do not represent any real customer, transaction or engagement outcome.
